Ingredients
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 3 tbsp instant yeast
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp white granulated sugar
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tsp salt (optional)
Steps
1) Mix flour, yeast, sugars (and salt if using).
2) Add warm water and stir until dough forms.
3) Knead 5–8 minutes.
4) Cover and let rise 45–60 minutes.
5) Shape into baguettes and let rise 20–30 minutes.
6) Bake at 400–425°F for about 20–25 minutes.
Tip: Cut a few diagonal slashes on top before baking.
