Ingredients
• 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
• 1/3 cup melted butter (or oil)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Steps
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2) Mash bananas and mix in butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
3) Stir in baking soda and salt.
4) Add flour and stir until just mixed.
5) Pour into a greased loaf pan.
6) Bake 50–60 minutes.
Tip: Don’t overmix—banana bread stays softer that way.
