Pesto Pasta

Creamy, quick, and easy.

Ingredients

• 1 box penne pasta
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup pesto
• 1/2 cup milk (or half and half)
• Minced garlic
• Cooked chicken (optional)

Steps

1) Boil the penne until tender. Drain.
2) In a pan, cook minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
3) Add heavy cream and milk. Stir.
4) Mix in pesto until smooth.
5) Add pasta (and chicken if using). Stir to coat.
6) Serve warm.


Tip: Save a little pasta water to thin the sauce if it gets too thick.
